Shipping rates and policy

Shipping of orders above 199 Euro into most EU countries with GLS service are FREE!

There are some exceptions where GLS does not ship to (e.g. Cyprus). We will ship to these countries with national post service or UPS. 


Shipping costs for orders over 199 Euro

GermanyFREE with GLS (9,90 Euro with UPS)
Austria: FREE with GLS or national post (9,90 Euro with UPS)
Other EU countries: FREE with GLS (9,90 Euro with UPS)
Worldwide: Usually around 34,90 Euro with UPS. 


Shipping costs for orders under 199 Euro

Germany: 7,90 Euro with GLS (15,90 Euro with UPS)
Austria: 6,90 Euro with GLS or national post (9,90 Euro with UPS)
Other EU countries: 14,90 Euro with GLS (19,90 Euro with UPS)
Worldwide: Usually around 24,90 Euro with UPS. In some cases we can also ship with national post service which is cheaper.


Please note that to some special countries (e.g. islands) shipping can be higher even if it is an EU country. In this case we will contact you about the real shipping price.

The additional price is for Standard UPS shipping (not Express). If you need Express, please contact us before for availability.

Shipping time after shipping takes around 2-5 days for delivery into European countries. Worldwide shipping (if not Express) takes usually 5-10 days with UPS.


Shipment processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days if on stock. The processing time for focus stacking rails or any products that need to be build and configured, or cut (Flocksheets, Kiwami Fabric, ect) may take 2-7 days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. To some locations shipping rates can be higher. We will contact you if this should happen.
Shipping for orders to EU countries over 199 EUR are free. We ship worldwide.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied for worldwide orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you received your order damaged, please take some photos from the package and save all packaging materials until we have contacted the shipping carrier.

Should we receive a return of your shipment because the shipping company did not reach you or you refused the shipment because of any reason, you will receive a refund for the order within 14 days after the shipment has arrived back to us.
