Outside EU (VAT information)

We offer samples of the following sheets.

You will receive a discount cupon for the value of the samples ordered. This cupon can be used within 1 month for ordering a Musou Black product.

The size of a sample is around 10 cm x 10 cm (except Fineshut KIWAMI which is 5 cm x 5 cm) but it can be also slightly smaller or larger.

Samples will be shipped by local post service with reduced fees for EU countries. For orders outside of EU, we will contact you if the shipping fees exceeds the standard price.

Within the EU, the goods usually arrive within a few working days. Deliveries outside of the EU can take from just over a week to two weeks. Even an exchange or return within 14 days can be handled more quickly, cheaper and less complicated on the MJKZZ.DE page, if the items only need to be sent back to Germany/Austria. For large orders OUTSIDE of EU contries, it is possible that the shipping costs need to be calculated manually becasue of insurance. But we only charge the real shipping costs!
